1957 Guild M-75 Aristocrat “Bluesbird”

$4,595.00

Some guitars just look like they’ve already played a thousand smoky clubs before you even plug them in. This 1957 Guild M-75 Aristocrat “Bluesbird” is one of those guitars.

Lightweight, resonant, and full of old-school attitude, the M-75 was Guild’s answer to the early Les Paul era — but with its own strange and beautiful personality. Fully hollow construction, Franz pickups, carved spruce top, and that deep worn sunburst that just screams late-night blues, garage rock, and jazz clubs with the lights turned low.

These are becoming harder and harder to find, especially ones that still have this much vibe left in them. The Franz pickups have a raw, woody clarity that sits somewhere between a P-90 and something entirely its own. Warm, articulate, slightly microphonic in the best possible way.

A true “weird & wonderful” piece of Guild history right here at Heyday.
