A 2022 Epiphone SG Custom that decided it didn’t want to stay stock.
Finished in that clean ivory/white with gold hardware and all the Custom appointments—block inlays, bound board, triple pickup layout—it’s already pulling from that 1960s “fancy but dangerous” SG lineage . But the real story here is under the hood…
Upgraded with a Seymour Duncan in the neck, this one trades polite for alive. Warmer, clearer, more dynamic—one of those pickups that actually responds when you lean in or back off.
Three pickups, tons of switching options, and enough tonal range to go from syrupy leads to full-on garage snarl without touching your amp.
And visually?
That engraved pickguard + gold vibrola + aged white finish is straight-up “custom shop energy” without the custom shop price tag.
